Two tools, not two brands

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to physically strip grime off hard surfaces. Soft washing flips the equation: low pressure, closer to a garden hose, with a cleaning solution doing the actual work of killing algae, mold, and mildew at the root. Neither one is better. They are different tools for different surfaces, and a professional crew carries both.

If the answer is a low-pressure soft wash with a proper solution and a landscape rinse, you have found a crew that knows Florida exteriors.
