What Melbourne Pavers Usually Need
- Joint sand put back. Heavy rain pulls loose sand from between the bricks. Empty joints let weeds in and let pavers shift.
- Algae and mold cleaned out. Shaded and north-facing sections stay damp after a storm, and that is where green and black growth starts. Algae-covered pavers also get slick when wet.
- Color brought back. Sun, sprinkler rust, leaves and tires wear down and stain unsealed brick. Faded pavers can often be tinted back toward their original color before sealing.
How We Seal Pavers in Melbourne
