What Rockledge Pavers Usually Need

  • Joints rebuilt. Rain pulls sand out of the joints, and once it is gone, weeds and ants move in and pavers start to shift.
  • Algae and stains removed. Shaded pool decks and driveways go green, and unsealed brick picks up leaf, rust and tire stains.
  • Color restored. Faded grey pavers can often be tinted back toward their original color before sealing.

A Rockledge Example

On a Rockledge riverfront estate, we deep cleaned a large driveway and pool deck, refilled the joints with locking sand, tinted grey pavers back to a rich terra cotta and sealed them. That is the full process we follow: clean, re-sand, dry (usually 24 hours or more), seal in two coats and allow at least 24 hours to cure.

Wet Look or Natural Finish?

Wet look deepens the color and adds shine, which suits restored or tinted pavers. Natural keeps a matte finish. We offer both and will give you our honest take on which fits.

How Long Does It Last?

Paver sealer is generally recoated every 2–3 years. Pool decks and full-sun driveways usually need it first. More on cost, lifespan and when sealing is worth it is on our paver sealing page.
